Station:

Steam dim sum, Boil dumplings, Pan-fry potstickers make wontons Check food temperature and plating Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators) Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area Skills Quick thinking and excellent multitasking skills to get several types of food ready in timely manner Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations Be able to perform in a team in a fast-paced work environment
