We are looking for experienced, dependable, and motivated cooks to join our growing restaurant team. We are currently hiring cooks with experience in breakfast, pizza, and/or pasta . We are a busy, quality-driven restaurant that takes pride in making our food from scratch and serving consistently great food in a fast-paced environment.

POSITIONS WE ARE HIRING FOR

Breakfast Cook We are known for our waffles and are looking for a strong breakfast cook who is comfortable working a busy breakfast/brunch service. Experience with waffles, eggs, breakfast meats, griddle cooking, and high-volume breakfast service is preferred. Pizza Cook We are looking for a pizza cook who understands proper dough handling, stretching, topping, baking, and maintaining consistency. Our pizza dough is made fresh in-house , so experience working with house-made dough is highly preferred. Pasta Cook We are looking for an experienced pasta/line cook who can execute pasta dishes quickly and consistently during busy service. The ideal candidate understands proper pasta cooking, sauces, sauté station organization, timing, and presentation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

At least one year of restaurant kitchen experience Experience in breakfast, pizza, pasta, or multiple stations Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Strong attention to quality, consistency, and presentation Ability to follow recipes and portion standards Clean, organized, and able to maintain a sanitary workstation Reliable and punctual Works well with chefs, managers, and other kitchen team members Positive attitude and willingness to learn Available for weekends and busy restaurant shifts We are looking for cooks who take pride in their work.
