Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes with precision and creativity. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including food prep areas and cooking stations Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with menu planning, ensuring variety and nutritional balance in meal offerings Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed Use knife skills efficiently for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food prep tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation Experience Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service setting is highly preferred Experience working within dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Familiarity with culinary practices including cooking methods, food preparation, and meal assembly Strong knife skills and proficiency in food industry standards for hygiene and safety Experience in menu planning, catering, or serving roles is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
