Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality. Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with food preparation tasks including ingredient portioning, dough handling, braising, poaching, grilling, and food production. Adhere strictly to recipe guidelines and presentation standards to deliver visually appealing dishes. Support menu planning efforts by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation techniques. Maintain high-volume production standards during peak hours while managing multiple orders efficiently. Skills Proven experience in food handling, food preparation, and cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting. Strong knife skills with the ability to handle ingredients safely and efficiently. Experience with fine dining or catering environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, braising pans, poaching tools, and other culinary appliances. Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency across dishes. Excellent teamwork skills with the capacity to work under pressure in high-volume production scenarios.
