Job Summary:

Boca Grande Club, a private beach club on Gasparilla Island, is seeking a dependable, skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. We're looking for someone who knows their way around a professional kitchen, works well under pressure, and takes pride in quality food. This is a great opportunity for steady, full-time hours at a beautiful, prestigious island location.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to order, following recipes and presentation standards Maintain a clean, organized station and follow proper food safety and sanitation practices Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Operate standard kitchen equipment safely

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of line cook experience preferred Strong knife skills and comfort working a hot line Ability to stay calm and focused during rushes Full-time availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
