Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Sautee and Grille Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes, ensuring each plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes and flavor combinations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and cooking equipment Handle food safely by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food with precision and efficiency Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours Requirements Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within restaurant or culinary settings Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining environments is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Prior kitchen experience in the food industry or culinary field preferred Join us if you're passionate about creating exceptional dishes, thrive in lively environments, and are eager to develop your culinary skills!
