What You'll Do Prepare and execute high-quality menu items according to the Chef's specifications. Set up and stock your station to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area. Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage standards. Assist with inventory and ensure supplies are properly stocked. Work closely with the culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Maintain consistency in food quality, preparation, and presentation. Requirements:
What We're Looking For Previous culinary experience preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Food safety certification preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position. Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
