Requirements:
Must be able to: Set up workstation with required tools, equipment and supplies Maintain and strictly abide to sanitation and health regulations Check production schedule and pars Transport supplies from the storeroom and stock in designated areas Start prep work and production of items needed for the day Maintain a complete knowledge of the menu items and specials to ensure the best product is being served to the guests Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and kitchen equipment Must be able to work nights and weekends
