Job Description
Position Summary We are searching for a line cook who prepares food items quickly and accurately while keeping a CLEAN and orderly workspace. This role includes cooking menu items and closing the kitchen at the end of the shift. Please take a look at our menu online to see what type of food we serve.

//thecrazycorkwinebar.com/ Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Cooking Cook menu items to recipe standards and customer requests. Set up and stock the station with all necessary tools and food before service. Check food temperatures regularly to ensure safety and quality. Following HACCP guidelines for hot holding ROP items. Work cleanly and fast during busy service hours. Kitchen Closing Duties Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, cutting boards, and cooking equipment. Turn off ovens, and other kitchen appliances safely. Store leftover food properly in sealed containers and label them with dates. Throw away trash and sweep and mop the kitchen floor. Restock the station and make a list of items needed for the next shift. Communicate this list to your supervisor. Requirements Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items up to 50 pounds. Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen safety. Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and flexible hours, including nights and weekends and some holidays Food handlers certification. Minimum of 3 years restaurant experience. Regular shifts will be as follows Tuesday- Saturdays 3 pm
- kitchen close 9pm. You leave when the work is done, that includes the guests that sat AT 9 pm AND closing duties This position pay $18
