Duties Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to established recipes and standards. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment. Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and notifying management of low stock levels. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices at all times. Skills Proficient in food handling techniques and food service operations. Strong culinary skills with a focus on pizza preparation. Familiarity with Aloha POS system for order processing is a plus. Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately.
