Varies Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation of foods according to standardized recipes and production methods including food preparation for special populations, ensures high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service and storage, assists with orienting and training of new team members.

Education Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Required :

2 years as a Cook / 1 year with high school

Diploma or Culinary Diploma Preferred :

2 years in Healthcare Specific Skills Knowledge of food safety Ability to work on a team Organizational Skills Computer Skills appropriate to the position Detail oriented
