What You'll Do Station Prep:

Set up and stock your station with all necessary supplies and food products prior to service.

Food Preparation:

Cook menu items to exact specifications, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.

Service Execution:

Work cleanly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure during peak service hours.

Kitchen Sanitation:

Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including tables, shelves, grills, fryers, and refrigeration units, adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines.

Inventory & Stocking:

Rotate stock properly, track food waste, and assist with receiving and storing deliveries.

Team Player:
