Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation appeal Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, orders, and payments accurately Manage customer orders efficiently, providing friendly service while upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience Handle cash register operations, processing cash transactions with precision and maintaining balanced cash drawers at shift end Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards throughout all food handling activities Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, ovens, and other culinary tools necessary for quick service food preparation Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Prior experience in food service or quick service restaurants is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus Demonstrated ability in food preparation, handling food safely, and maintaining sanitation standards Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable; basic math skills are essential for cash handling Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety protocols diligently Retail sales or grocery store experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn new skills is essential Join us in creating memorable experiences through great food and outstanding service!
