We're looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our busy, family-owned Korean restaurant. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies. Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service while maintaining food quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines. Properly store, label, and rotate ingredients. Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant is required. Experience with Korean cuisine is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency. Comfortable operating commercial kitchen equipment safely. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
