We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Spa Manager to join our growing team. At Gaia Spa, we believe in recognizing and rewarding passionate and dedicated team members. The Spa Manager will play a key leadership role in ensuring that daily operations run efficiently, team members are supported and developed, and every guest receives an exceptional luxury spa experience. Proposed Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 annually + bonuses and benefits Benefits Monthly health stipend One-time complimentary package including: 50-minute Signature Massage, 50-minute Signature Facial, and 60-minute Sauna Session One complimentary 50-minute Signature Massage or Signature Facial each month 20% off additional services, based on applicable membership pricing 15% off retail products Bonuses & Growth Opportunities At Gaia Spa, we value loyalty, dedication, and professional growth. Annual performance reviews Performance-based pay increases and bonuses Paid vacation opportunities based on tenure and eligibility Additional employee recognition and reward opportunities Opportunities to take on expanded responsibilities and leadership projects Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations and ensure the facility operates efficiently and consistently with Gaia Spa standards Lead, coach, and develop staff to provide exceptional guest experiences and strong sales performance Train team members on customer service, salesmanship, spa procedures, and company standards Create and maintain a positive, professional, and accountable work culture Communicate effectively and confidently with staff, management, and guests Address and resolve guest concerns, employee conflicts, and operational issues professionally Monitor and work toward achieving monthly sales, membership, and service goals Support membership growth, retention, and overall revenue performance Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed Assist with scheduling, staffing, performance management, and daily administrative responsibilities Maintain a high level of cleanliness, organization, presentation, and professionalism throughout the spa Identify opportunities to improve operations, guest satisfaction, team performance, and revenue Collaborate with leadership on new initiatives, promotions, and business development opportunities Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management, guest services, hospitality, or a related industry Previous leadership or management experience preferred Well-groomed, polished, engaging, and energetic presence Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software and systems Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and team members Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone energetic, accountable, sales-minded, organized, and passionate about hospitality and wellness.
