Duties and Responsibilities:

Identifying and Reporting to Management Food Safety and Quality Issues To assist the supervisor in the training and development of all new Club Chef employees Report to supervisor any problems or potential problems occurring in their area. To ensure that quality products are being produced daily and meeting the customers' requirements To keep all employees aware of company rules, GMP's (General Manufacturing Practices), safety procedures, break times, lunch times and production start and finish times and to correctly enforce them. Management Food Safety and Quality Issues Skills and Competencies:

Dependable, reliable and punctual Must be able to stand, walk, climb, reach, lift, pull, push, stoop, squat, bend and stretch as needed throughout shift Must be able to comprehend, speak, read, and write basic English Excellent math skills required Excellent communication and leader skills Ability to work at a fast pace, in a team oriented environment Work in a refrigerated environment, 34 - 55 degrees Fahrenheit consistently Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends and overtime when needed Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Experience and Education Requirements:

Previous experience preferred in a similar environment. Strongly preferred minimum 1-2 years of supervision experience Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred
