We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen Has experience with grill cooking, line cooking, and food prep Can prepare and cook meats, kebabs, chicken, and other menu items consistently Keeps their station clean, organized, and follows food safety standards Can work efficiently during busy hours Is dependable, punctual, and works well with a team Mediterranean or Turkish cuisine experience is a big plus If you have solid kitchen and grill experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant, we'd love to hear from you.
