RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare the pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings (tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and more). Become a master at spinning dough in an open kitchen; our customers love this, they will cheer for you (for reals). Monitor exact temperatures and cooking times for our premium stone-baked pizzas. Be comfortable talking to co-workers and guests; we want you to extend the Mellow vibe to everyone - especially team members. Prepare the Mellow specialty pizzas our guests crave and rave about. This includes following recipes and creating build-your-own menu items that leave guests coming back for more. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and utensils/equipment; we pride ourselves on strict standards for food safety.
