Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cook to prepare high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Cook is responsible for preparing menu items according to recipes and food safety standards while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen. This is a part-time position with up to 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation Assist with stocking and rotating inventory as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed Previous cooking experience preferred, but not required
