$20.00 per hour Morimoto Asia Waikiki and Momosan Waikiki are hiring dependable and motivated Line Cooks to join our culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for cooks who are passionate about food, teamwork, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Set up and maintain an organized workstation Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and on time Follow proper food-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Assist with daily preparation, storage, labeling, and inventory Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members Maintain a clean and professional kitchen environment

Qualifications:

Previous line-cook or professional kitchen experience preferred Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Japanese or Asian cuisine experience is a plus Bring your skills and passion to the Morimoto Waikiki culinary team.
