Little Pickle is a new fast-casual restaurant opening at the end of the month in Kailua, brought to you by the people behind Please Come Again ice cream. We're serving craft hot dogs, breakfast sandwiches, and house-made pickles. What You'll Do You'll be one of the leaders of our kitchen and help create a consistent, high-quality experience every day.

Responsibilities include:

Cook breakfast sandwiches, hot dogs, and other menu items Prepare ingredients and maintain prep levels throughout the day Assemble menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail Plate and garnish food that is clean, intentional, and photo-worthy Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked Complete daily cleaning and regular deep-cleaning tasks Help with inventory, ordering, scheduling, and kitchen organization Follow and improve cooking procedures and best practices Jump on the register or help customers when needed Work as a team and communicate professionally with coworkers and guests

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous restaurant or food service experience Can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen without sacrificing quality Takes pride in doing things the right way every time Notices the little details that make food look exceptional Shows up on time, works hard, and has a positive attitude Communicates clearly and respectfully Can multitask and stay organized under pressure Has a great sense of humor Doesn't mind a little good Golden Era Hip-Hop playing in the background while working Requirements Current Hawaii Food Handler Certificate Eligible to work in the State of Hawaii Available for morning breakfast shifts and/or afternoon/evening hot dog shifts Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds Reliable transportation and dependable attendance What We Value At Little Pickle, we believe great restaurants are built on great food paired with an equally great experience.
