About Us At Lanikai Brewing Company , where the passion for craft meets the spirit of Aloha, we take pride in brewing distinctive beers inspired by the islands. Since 2014, we've been committed to creating unique, locally inspired beverages that capture the essence of Hawai'i. Nestled on O'ahu's Windward Coast, we are now expanding our presence to Volcano Village, located at the gateway to Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. Our mission is to be stewards of our community through a vibrant food culture—offering simple, inviting, and memorable dishes that bring guests back again and again. We're looking for passionate cooks to join our team! We're looking for cooks who are: Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen Experienced with or excited to learn wood-fired techniques Passionate about locally sourced ingredients and sustainability Open to collaboration and creative input Responsibilities include: Prepping ingredients and maintaining high-qualitystandards Working the line during service, including pizza station Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and safe Receiving and handling fresh, local ingredients Contributing positively to a strong kitchen culture
Qualifications:
1+ year of kitchen experience preferred (but not required) Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain) Interest in wood-fired cooking and locally sourced cuisine Why Join Us?
