We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presented in an attractive manner. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen. Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
