We are looking for a dedicated line cook/prep cook to prepare ingredients and cook menu items to order

• keeping our kitchen running smoothly during business hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Prep ingredients (chop vegetables, portion food items, make sauces) following recipes and portion standards
• Cook and assemble menu items to order
• Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Monitor inventory and notify management of low stock items
• Work as a part of our team to ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality food Previous kitchen experience a plus!
