Job Description
$75,000 – $90,000/Annually Are you a marketing and communications professional who enjoys executing high quality work, supporting leaders, and contributing to impactful marketing programs? This role offers the opportunity to support strategic marketing initiatives while focusing on execution, coordination, and delivery. You will evaluate and report on marketing initiatives and campaign performance to help drive brand and product growth. The role will involve working closely with the marketing & brand management team, product teams, and data teams to deliver insights to help budget and drive marketing efficiencies across products and channels.
Responsibilities:
Track, analyze, and report on multi-channel marketing campaigns to tell a concise story on overall campaign performance across various channels and validate success (direct mail, email, social, brand, display, etc.). Analyze audience segmentation performance and highlight opportunities for targeting improvement. Support analytic projects such asLTV & MMM
to ensure analytic rigor and marketing performance are optimized across all analytic reads. Identify drivers of campaign performance and develop data-backed recommendations for leadership. Lead performance reviews and action ad hoc requests from the performance reads. Provide insights and make recommendations to brand, product, and cross-functional teams. Validate campaign data integrity, both during campaign segmentation and for campaign analysis, and ensure accurate data capture from various sources. Diagnose and report on campaign trends and highlight insights to product managers and product owners. Work closely with product analytic teams to analyze marketing spending and performance and how it translates to business performance and goals. Collaborate with brand, digital, CRM, data management and UX teams to structure raw data into database tables to be used for analysis and with visualization software.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, Statistics, Mathematics required. Minimum of (3) years' experience in marketing, campaign analytics. Ability to use data to tell the campaign performance story for any type of marketing campaign and present the insights in a clear, visual story. Experience tracking key performance indicators for various marketing channels, including Direct mail, Email, Paid Digital, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex ideas in an understandable way to senior leadership. Experience using A.I. tools preferred.Benefits:
