We offer a curated selection of wines from around the world, paired with thoughtful small plates and shareable bites. Our goal is to make wine and food approachable and enjoyable for everyone—whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or just starting to explore. We're building a team that values hospitality, connection, and creating memorable guest experiences. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Cook to lead our culinary operations. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for food, an appreciation for wine pairing, and strong leadership skills. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, ordering, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in food preparation and service. Develop and refine menus in collaboration with ownership, with a focus on wine-friendly small plates, charcuterie boards, and seasonal offerings. Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to meet budget goals. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. Monitor food quality and consistency to meet brand standards. Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and excellent guest experiences. Support in recruitment and onboarding of new kitchen team members. Requirements Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and inventory management. Knowledge of wine and food pairings is highly desirable. Food Safety Certification (ServSafe or local equivalent). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, private events, and holidays as required. A hands-on approach and ability to lead by example in a small team environment.
