Smash'n is a growing halal smash burger food truck focused on quality, cleanliness, and consistency. We are looking for a dependable Prep Cook to support daily food preparation and help keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients including meat, sauces, toppings, and sides Follow recipes, portion standards, and prep guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area Properly label, store, and rotate food using FIFO methods Follow all food safety, sanitation, and halal handling procedures Assist with restocking and basic inventory organization Support kitchen operations as needed

Qualifications:

Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred (not required) Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Food safety certification preferred or willingness to obtain
