$21 per hour (with fast growth potential) Job Description Bridgewater Triangle Pub is seeking an experienced, reliable line cook to join our kitchen team for busy weekend service. This is a fast-paced pub kitchen that values consistency, speed, cleanliness, and teamwork. Candidates must have prior line cook experience and be able to handle high-volume service independently.

•9:00 PM Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Work the line efficiently during high-volume service Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with prep, stocking, and kitchen side work Communicate clearly and professionally with front-of-house staff and management Complete opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned Requirements Previous line cook experience required Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure Reliable transportation and punctuality required Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Some weekend availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is mandatory ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Pay & Growth Starting pay: $21/hour Pay will increase quickly for demonstrated skill, reliability, and the ability to work well with others What We Offer Consistent schedule Professional, team-oriented kitchen environment Opportunity for long-term growth and stability How to Apply Apply through Indeed or stop by Bridgewater Triangle Pub in person to introduce yourself.
