Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at our newest location Hamlin Pub ! The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and experience in various food service environments. This role involves preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Previous experience in fine dining, catering, or the food industry is highly valued. The successful candidate will be an organized team player committed to culinary excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout all stages of food handling Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Follow all health department regulations and company policies Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Support catering events and special functions as required Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools Experience Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings required Fine dining experience or culinary training is a plus Strong knife skills and meal preparation expertise necessary Background in the food industry with a focus on quality service and presentation Experience with catering or serving is advantageous Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a professional kitchen environment while contributing to memorable dining experiences.
