Role:

Strikers East Bowling Center in Raymond, NH is looking for a skilled and energetic Fry Cook to join our kitchen team for approximately 35 hours! If you love working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in serving up delicious, quality food, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor deep fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring consistent quality and presentation Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food safety and handling guidelines Keep the fry station clean, organized, and fully stocked during service Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment Monitor oil quality and perform fryer maintenance as needed Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience as a fry cook or in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service hours Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
