Position Description:
Cooks prepare the highest quality food items for retail by following established recipes, standards and procedures.
Your day-to-day:
Inventory cases and prepare production list Follow recipes to prepare and reheat food items Rotate products on display Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations Assist in other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of experience Current Culinary Arts student or graduate, preferred Knowledge on food preparation Safely use/operate knives, ovens, scales, wrapping machine, steamers, mixers, and all other equipment required in the day to day operation of the kitchen Excellent customer service Good oral communication skills What you bring to the team: Great work ethic Passionate about food Problem solver
