This position requires strong technical cooking skills, the ability to work independently during service, and a commitment to maintaining high food quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Prep and prepare ingredients including washing, chopping, portioning, and storing food items.
• Prepare and cook menu items across assigned stations such as sauté, fryer, grill, pizza, and/or broiler.
• Execute dishes according to established recipes, portioning, and presentation standards; always maintaining consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Works efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality and timing.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment safely.
• Opening and closing procedures of kitchen. Assist with station setup and breakdown.
• Support training and mentoring of entry level cooks when needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Pay:
