About Us Haymarket is a café set inside a restored 1875 church in the Catskills. We serve breakfast, lunch, and excellent coffee in a warm, welcoming space — and we're looking for a dependable, friendly Cook to help us bring that vision to life. The Role You'll prepare breakfast, and lunch dishes in our kitchen, working closely with a small, hands-on team in a unique setting unlike a typical restaurant kitchen. Schedule Thursday-Sunday shifts. Part-time, with potential for more hours based on season and fit. What We're Looking For 3+ years of food prep/service experience preferred (not required — we're open to training the right person) Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Basic food handling knowledge a plus (training provided) Available to work weekends and holidays Benefits Employee discount Shift meals Paid training
