In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality pizzas and other menu items in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in food preparation, kitchen operations, and culinary techniques will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, knives, and other culinary tools Execute food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors and seasonal specials to delight our guests Handle food production tasks such as braising, poaching, grilling, and food handling to support high-volume meal preparation Follow recipe adherence strictly to ensure flavor consistency and presentation standards are met Collaborate with team members during catering events or large orders to ensure timely delivery of all menu items Experience Prior dietary aide experience or food service experience in a restaurant or catering setting is highly desirable Demonstrated culinary experience with skills in food preparation techniques such as braising, poaching, grilling, and knife skills Experience working in fine dining or high-volume production environments is preferred Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures is essential Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently is required Background in menu planning, recipe development, or dietary department work will be considered an asset Strong understanding of food industry standards related to food handling, safety protocols, and quality control Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills make a real difference!
