Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Wage is hourly and does not include tips (tips are pooled with one other server per shift) Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system Toast Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, spirits, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure seamless service flow Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining experience or in the food industry Strong knowledge of POS systems; ability to process sales transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and guest relations expertise Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques including drink mixing and spirits experience Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing bills accurately Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required sanitation training prior to employment Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required; a passion for food industry standards is essential Strong communication skills coupled with hospitality expertise to create welcoming guest interactions Join us as a Server and become part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences!
