Job Description
We are a long-standing busy Irish Sport Pub with a full menu. We are known for great food, service and sports. We are looking for a Lead Cook to work the line during service, prep, and ensure smooth operations in the kitchen. Other duties include but not limited to, menu development, recipe writing, weekly specials & Inventory management. We are looking to update our menu and methods and need someone willing to think outside the box and create some amazing food. Spanish speaking is preferred but NOT mandatory. If you are looking for a great job where you will be appreciated please reach out. Compensation is based on experience and WILL be paid accordingly. The position also offers paid vacation and sick time.
