We are dedicated to honoring our family's culinary traditions while delivering an exceptional dining experience rooted in hospitality, consistency, and quality. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef . The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, kitchen operations, and team development. Responsibilities Oversee all daily kitchen operations. Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks. Ensure consistent execution of all menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Manage food and labor costs to meet budget goals. Develop and maintain production schedules and staffing plans. Monitor inventory levels and place orders with approved vendors. Conduct regular recipe reviews and oversee portion control procedures. Ensure compliance with all health department regulations, sanitation standards, and food safety practices. Collaborate with ownership and management on menu updates, seasonal features, and special events. Foster a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a high-volume restaurant kitchen. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine preferred. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Experience with inventory management, food costing, and scheduling. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
