Line-CookWant to utilize your culinary skills in an award-winning tasting room AND work for a world class brewery with a great company culture and above-market pay and benefits?
About the role:
You will be working with our talented kitchen team and be responsible for a designated station on the kitchen service line. You will also take part in other duties such as opening, and closing procedures based on your shift. Line cooks are responsible for taking daily inventory of their stations, prepping as needed, communicating with managers and peers, and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, quality, and professionalism.

Your qualificationsPositive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.
Continually receptive to constructive guidance from leads and managersBe able to lift up to 50lbs safely, without risk of injury to self, others, or propertyLearn and adapt to how we do things in the pFriem KitchenCare about the quality of the job you perform, and strive for efficiencyAbility to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated; able to look for additional tasks during slow timesAble to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace and environment.
Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
Able to work in a consistently busy restaurant environment.
At least 1+ year of prior kitchen experience in a restaurant.
