Participate in high-volume production during peak hours while adhering to recipe guidelines and portion control. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations, timely meal preparation, and excellent food service delivery. Experience Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures essential for maintaining hygiene standards. Proven ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in high-pressure settings.
