Pizza Maker/Cook Responsibilities:

Prepare pizzas by preparing ingredients, cooking recipes and following standard procedures Work with other staff members to ensure that customers are provided with a positive experience Ensure proper pizza ingredients and cooking methods by conducting periodic checks. Check food while the pizza is being served to ensure quality and temperature conditions are correct. Check food after it has been served to ensure it is as it was when it was served. Ensure proper storage and handling of food products and kitchen equipment. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Follow all health and safety standards set by local, state and federal agencies. Take orders over the phone and behind the counter as needed Make dough, prep, and clean as needed. Working in the kitchen, making orders, prep work, cleaning the fryers and kitchen appliances. Sweeping and Mopping the kitchen area and pizza area.
