Applicants must be hardworking, reliable, timely, and have a positive attitude and excited to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Only serious candidates should apply The Cook position is available as a full-time position Mon - Sat - hours may vary. Compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities include:
Report and follow daily food prep as instructed by Chef Assisting Chef throughout the day with prep, receiving and organizing deliveries, stocking kitchen Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen work area at all times Complete daily closing cleaning including sweep and mop floors, fill supplies, etc.
The ideal candidate will:
Have prior culinary/kitchen experience of 1 year or more Be hardworking, punctual and reliable Have the ability to be self-motivated Have an interest in food and be interested in learning Have the ability to lift supplies or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Be a flexible team player, comfortable taking direction Have a positive attitude Have ability to read, write, understand and communicate in
