The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the kitchen by assisting in the preparation of high-quality meals while ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met. This position is perfect for individuals passionate about the food industry and eager to develop their culinary skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring as per recipe specifications. Assist in cooking and assembling dishes under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen manager. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers safely and efficiently. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
