  • Memphis, TN Part Time Saturday & Sunday | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and reliable Cooks to join our dietary team in Memphis, Tennessee .
This role is essential in providing nutritious, well-prepared meals that support the health and satisfaction of our residents. Cook Requirements Previous cook experience in food service, healthcare or hospitality is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion to work with diverse aging population Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Cook Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals in accordance with planned menus, dietary restrictions and portion guidelines Ensure food is cooked, stored, and served safely, following all health and sanitation standards Assist in menu planning and accommodate resident preferences and special diets Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas Work collaboratively with dietary staff to ensure time meal service Follow all facility, state, and federal guidelines regarding food preparation Why Join Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center?
