Job Summary Join our new dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to excellence will shine. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. Your energy and culinary skills will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist with menu planning and ingredient portioning to ensure consistency and quality Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, slicers, and other appliances Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen surfaces in compliance with food safety standards Support food preparation tasks such as slicing, dicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients Follow food handling procedures diligently to ensure safety and hygiene throughout all stages of meal production Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal assembly and meet service timelines Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant kitchens with a focus on food preparation and cooking Strong knife skills with precise slicing techniques and familiarity with various kitchen tools Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production environments Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining high-quality standards Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the kitchen team Familiarity with dietary department procedures, dietary aide experience, or menu planning is a plus for versatile kitchen support Join us if you're passionate about culinary arts, thrive in energetic environments, and are eager to grow your skills in food preparation and kitchen operations. Pay:
