Duties Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth flow of service Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process cash transactions efficiently Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations, adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating and garnishing under chef supervision Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with food safety management protocols Provide in-person customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and enhancing overall guest experience Handle weight-based tasks such as portioning or managing supplies safely in accordance with health regulations Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, serving guests, and maintaining event flow Follow manual handling procedures when moving heavy or bulky items to prevent injury Experience Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with food industry standards related to food safety, sanitizing procedures, and food handling practices Experience operating kitchen equipment or supporting food preparation is a plus Knowledge of wine service and basic culinary skills will be advantageous Ability to process cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math calculations Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and excellent customer service skills Banquet or catering experience is beneficial but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
