Job Summary El Gallito, a Mexican Restaurant in San Benito, is hiring an experienced line cook who can start right away. We need someone who's strong on the breakfast line: flipping eggs to order, sauteing, and handling pancakes and other griddle items with speed and consistency during a rush.

Cook eggs to order:

over easy, over medium, scrambled, omelets Work thr griddle and flat top for pancakes, meats, and breakfast plates. Saute and prep ingredients for breakfast and lunch dishes Keep ticket times fast and plates consistent Previous experience in a food service environment or restaurant setting is highly preferred. Proven ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining high-quality standards in fast-paced settings.
