Key Responsibilities:

Prepare pizzas to company specifications, maintaining high quality and consistency. Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. Safely operate kitchen equipment (ovens, dough mixers, slicers, etc.). Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation up to DOH standards. Execute opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned by management. Communicate clearly with front-of-house and back-of-house team members. Assist in training new cooks and kitchen staff. Managing necessary prep work, pizza cooking times, and simultaneous orders Completing food temperature checks before service Preparing ingredients, pizza dough, making sauce, etc.

Requirements:
