restaurant foraged. at patowmack farm is a hyper-seasonal restaurant located in lovettsville, virginia, overlooking the potomac river. we are looking for motivated cooks to join our team as we continue building this next chapter of foraged. we are currently seeking full-time cooks to start immediately. our menu is built around what is growing on the farm, what we are foraging, preserving, and sourcing from local farmers, fishermen, and producers. as a hyper-seasonal restaurant, the menu changes constantly, allowing us to showcase the best ingredients available in that moment. the farm is a major part of what we do. our cooks work closely with ingredients coming directly from the land around us, giving the team a deeper connection to the food before it ever reaches the plate. from harvesting and preserving to working with what the season gives us, this position is for someone who wants to be part of a restaurant that is tied directly to the farm. we are looking for cooks who are passionate about seasonal food, willing to learn, and excited to be part of a restaurant that is deeply connected to the land and the region.

job qualifications:
