ot your average pizzeria , here at Fondi's, we make many of our products from scratch. Including our dough, made from a sourdough starter named Sophia and forming fresh mozzarella daily. Bonus - we close by 9pm most nights, so no getting out at midnight! Line cooks are responsible for making their own prep lists and determining prep needs for the day. Cooks need to be familiar with managing tickets and must be good at time management and recipe adherence. Fondi's uses a tipshare program for our kitchen team! Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas to provide our teams to spend time with family and friends. We also close early on Easter and the 4th of July

LINE POSITION

(PANTRY/PIZZA LINE) Here at Fondi Pizzeria, we take pride in the quality of our food and service. A good addition to our team will be expected to:

• be on time
• have a least 2 years of restaurant experience
• have reliable transportation
• have a current WA state food handlers' card or ServeSafe certificate
• be able to use a knife safely and efficiently
• have a positive professional attitude
