We are in the current phase of expanding and looking to additional mobile detailers to our team. We detail the interior and exterior of vehicles with eco-friendly cleaners. With the right training and tools, we want every detailer to be successful. Remember that we are mobile, meaning we go to customer homes.

We allow our employees a lot of flexibility and we engage with proper training that will help expand skillsets to transfer across other industries.

We are growing at a fast pace and want to find the best in the business.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position where pay is based on commission of completed work on a bi-weekly basis. Hours can range based on availability of jobs.

New hires will undergo training as an assistant car detailer and will start with an initial pay of 15% commission per job until all the skills are learned correctly through a 2 - month program. Upon completion of training, the detailer will then be promoted as a "Lead Detailer" allowing for detail work on their own.

Please keep in mind that for more experienced detailers, they can showcase their work in the first two weeks. If they are able to, then they do not have to under go the 2-months of training.
Work:
We clean vehicle exteriors, interior, or both at any given appointment Engage with customers. Happier customers equal loyalty and higher wages and tips Working alone or in a team Physically moving from 10 - 40 lbs Exteriors are cleaned by using a water or water-less wash that you spray on and then wipe off with microfiber towels Interiors are cleaned using towels, brushes, APC, glass cleaner, vacuum cleaner, steamer, carpet extracter, leather cleaner, and leather conditioner. Paint protection where use of DA polisher is used for 1 and 2-step polishing (Training available) Ceramic coating prep/application (Training available) Clear Bra PPF prep/application (Training available)
Pay:
New/Seasoned Detailers:
Upon their first two weeks of detail jobs, if the detailer is able to showcase that they are skillful within the first two weeks, then their pay will be based on the "lead detailer" pay structure. If they are new, they will follow the "new detailer" pay structure.
New detailers:
Initial pay for detailers undergoing training will be 15% commission per job during the first 2 months.
Lead detailers:
Pay is based on a 25% (Depends on the experience) commission per job, which equates to up to $30/hr. For example, an exterior-only detail for a sedan typically takes about 1-1.5 hours to complete. This structure allows detailers to maximize their earnings based on the time taken, the quality of their work, and the type of job This isn't including tips. Did we mention, lead detailers get to keep all cash tips?
Schedule:
Schedule can range from 8 AM - 7 PM Broken down into 2 blocks of time per day Sunday - Saturday availability To be considered for this position you must have a clean/valid drivers license, consent to a background check, and be 18+ years old.
